  1. This just might be what I have been looking for. If you still have it, what are the dinemsions (L x H x W)? Also, what are the inlet and outlet sizes? Finally, what are you asking for it? Subpilot
  2. There past 5k where it 'skipped' with the fuel cut gremlin...it blew the probe out of the pipe, so I stopped before i got to 6500...i tohught it was full lean...lol....ofcourse its WAY too lean anyhow. Ok Will, am I understanding this correctly, that a stock EA82T with a Legacy turbo leans out at high RPM? I will see 4700 rpm for 5 to 10 minutes at a time. A little rich is ok but I would be affraid lean would lead to detonation. Subpilot
  3. I purchased an aftermarket oil pan gasket to use as a template for the oil pan I am fabricating out of aluminum with cooling fins to help with the oil temperatures my engine will see. Last week I also ordered the entire gasket kit for the EA82T (thanks WJM) that I am about to overhaul. The OEM and aftermarket gaskets are very different. With the many threads on this web site about oil leaks on these engines I am sure some of them would be caused by using this aftermarket oil pan gasket. It looks like it was cut from a bulletin board. Very course. The OEM gasket looks like they took cork and rubber, ground it together, and then pressed and cut it to shape. No visible voids at all. I am all about finding a "good deal" but having to do something twice is not a good deal. This is one area that is worth the money. Subpilot
  4. My manual (85 EA82T) gives me very specific information on pump output at 1000 and 4000 RPM. However, my water pressure guage doesn't read in inches of head pressure. Anyone know what the normap PSI readings should be at these two RPM's? Thanks in advance. Subpilot
  5. I have a 1985 EA82 Turbo MPFI with all the manuals. If this is what you have I would be glad to send you a copy. Subpilot
