  1. I went to go get the 75 wagon from the yard this morning and looked it over better than I did the first time. The rockers were rusted all the way through and the driver's floor board had rust through:banghead: . I don't have the money or the skills to fix that part of it so I left it there. I don't know if it would be worth fixing to someone or just a good parts car. I asked them about the bumpers and marker lamps for bajavwnsoobnut and they said for $50 more I could get the whole car. $250 for two bumpers and four side marker lamps seems really high to me. Anyway the car is still there and they have the title for it. They were going to sell it to me for $300. If any one is interested in it or parts of it go for it, I am no longer in the running for it.
  2. Can some one help me with all of the ea-xx codes. Are these both engine and body codes? ea-71, ea-81, ea-82????? I'm confused.:-\
  3. Does anyone know if this car has an ignition/steering wheel lock? There is no key for it and the wheels will need to turn to flat tow it. Also, any ideas on what to do about the missing key/how to get a key? Sorry for all the stupid questions and thanks to all in advance for helping;)
  4. Ok, I called the yard and told them I will take the wagon so I hope everything goes as planned. Can I flat tow this car (towbar) without causing any damage? Remember the rear axles are not in the car.
  5. Does anyone know where this wagon is? It looks like it is at a dealership. Just curious.
  6. I can get this car out of the yard for $300. Should I go for it?
  7. Is this car worth $300? Would I ever be able to find the rear axle shafts for it?:-\
  8. I went and checked out this wagon today. It is about 90 miles away from me. I had to take half of a day off work because the yard is open the same hours I have to work. Anyway it appears to be all there except for the rear axle shafts for the 4X4 system. It is in pretty good shape for being a utah car all of it's life. As far as I could tell it is a one owner car bought new at a dealer called Harmon's in Provo. The name on the original purchase paperwork matched the name on a 1994 insurance card. I am currently negotiating with the yard right now. I will keep current info posted. Any ideas on what it might be worth?
  9. Here is a link to a pretty clean wagon on ebay. It is in Ohio. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Best-Vintage-Soob-This-Side-of-the-Mississippi-River_W0QQitemZ4564410242QQcategoryZ6467QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  10. Hi everybody. I found this site looking for pictures and cars for sale. This site rocks! Sometimes you think you are the only person that likes certain things but then you find forums like this. I would love to find a 78 or 79 wagon. sometimes I get discouraged and think I should stop looking but something in me won't let me. I found Todd's website http://members.aol.com/subaru3/ several years ago and had it in my favorites list. I was happy to find that he was a part of this site. Anyway I think it's great that all of you help each other out. I'm glad to be a member of this site.
