February 5, 201016 yr time for a change, since I chopped off the back I havent liked any of the configurations I have, I didnt like the spare tire on the back as I couldnt see out the back to back up, I didnt like the hatch bolted on without being able to open it a sthen I had to reach threw the side door to get the gear and I didnt care for the back being like a pickup caus all my stuff got rained on , so in the shop I go , will end up having a workable hatch,no stock lights at the rear corners and some better protection and clearence at the rear also other stuff to do put the dash back in as I havent had one since I replaced the heater core, replace some or all the doors with straight ones of many colors, replace the engine as this ones got a bad blown head gasket at the same time add some Delta torque Cams to that Webered EJ22 may even paint this bad boy bright yellow here it is stock first mod I really like this look pickup style the future Edited February 7, 201016 yr by Scott in Bellingham pics

February 8, 201016 yr Is it just me, or does it look like you could get some coupe glass to fit in the back there.
February 9, 201016 yr You could cut lexan on your lathe no oil and just caulk it in. Should cut just fine maybe speed it up a bit. I make jigs on my router, same principal. Stuff glues real well with the right glue, fish tank quality for the corners. I buy scrap per pound for jigs at the plastic shops, you might do better up there.
