No AWD option in new Subaru Sports Coupe

It's only going to be rwd. Kind of old news.

If it's old news, then why did Left Lane news only report this today as "new reports?" Everything I have read up until today stated that there would be an RWD and AWD option. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Its on again off again. The Toyota version is rear wheel drive, and a test mule has been seen on the streets. The subaru version has yet to come out as Subaru does NOT want a 2wd car. There are three possible designs.the first one was built, but for some reason, they are not going to build it, they are going with the 2nd one. The first one can not fit AWD in it, so that may be the reason for the change of mind.

It may be off again as Toyota has a little bit of a customer service issue.

And yes this is actually very old news. It is called in the Automotive press toyoru

Also there are alot of maybes in there. This has been the same speculation for 2 years. Guess they got tired of writing about toyota.

If there's no AWD version of the FT-86, there's no Subaru version going to come out, simple as that.

Personally, I think it would be great if they released it with AWD under the XT/Alcyone name...

it looks like a 'morphed' wrx with the hood scoop and color..

You should see what the next gen japanese WRX looks like

ewwwwwwwwwwwww
