April 15, 201015 yr Did early XT's have a rear seat delete option? Edited April 15, 201015 yr by jeffx
April 15, 201015 yr XTs were still an optional car. They had XT DLs, XT GLs, XT GL-10s and XT6s. The DL had no options, not even a back seat for the most part:eek:
April 19, 201015 yr indeed! my 86 XT DL haaasssss no back seat, no passenger outside mirror, no power locks, windows, steering, no turbo, 2wd but its got A/C!
April 20, 201015 yr can you put up pics of a factory rear seat delete? im kind of curious to see what that would look like.
April 20, 201015 yr can you put up pics of a factory rear seat delete? im kind of curious to see what that would look like. eh, you mean you are making me clean out my car? ill steal the camera from the GF tonight. unless i find a pic on google!... nope. damn. oh to add to my list before mine also has the non-painted black bumpers.
April 21, 201015 yr oh to add to my list before mine also has the non-painted black bumpers. that was standard practice for 85 - 86 even my '86 gl-10 turbowagon had the standard black bumpers
April 28, 201015 yr Here is a D.L. rear seat delete. Basically just vinyl covered board with padding on the front of the seat section. Subaru called it a "parcel compartment", or "luggage shelf" or something. What's even worse is that without cloth on the seat bottom like a normal seat, any "parcel" you put back there just slides side to side at the mere thought of a left or right turn, making it pretty much useless .
