84 GL Clearance Lamp Replacement?

Featured Replies

Carter Subaru lists my front right clearance lamp (#784451100) at $140.00 plus tax, they have one in their Atlanta, GA warehouse.

I'm thinking I could probably find one through USMB or a wrecking yard somewhere, and perhaps save some money along the way.

Anybody got one (or the pair) they'd be willing to part with?

I'd reimburse for shipping or pick them up if close enough to Seattle area.

Wow, thats the trim, light, bulb, etc...the whole works. Most ppl break the little lense on the very corner only.

Not to doubt Carter but are ya sure you need that whole thing?

A pull n save, pick n pull type junkyard might want 5-10 bucks for that. If the little lense is all that is broken on yours or the junkyard ones you need 784915080.

Yeah - go to a Pull-A-Part - there will be one around the yards, just keep checking. You are in the middle of Subaru land, and there's always 4 headlight EA81's around the yards. Talk to Qman - he probably knows where one in a yard might be found....

I live in Seatown, but anywhere in the Puget Sound basin is close enough, given what the dealers want to charge for that crappy little piece of plastic.

Pull-A-Part comes through again, but I found only one 80-84 in the yard, though their inventory sez they had four.

Thanks to all and $2.50 beats $170.00 any ol' day of the week.
