any 240Z rear diff experts here?

I have access to some 240Z rear diffs, ie. 1975. From what ive read the datsun guys are looking for subi diffs for lsd's but the info seems to be sketchy. Anyone know how to id the rear diffs, and better yet are they desirable for our cars?

I think the Z cars used R180's and R200's.... it's the 510 coupes and sedans (wagons were solid axle) that people use the Subaru diffs for.
