July 7, 201114 yr Will a grill off a 90 loyale fit an 85 GL? I don't see why not, but I have not looked at a 90 up close to see if the mounting points will line up the same. Thanks!
July 7, 201114 yr No - not quite correctly. The mounting is different on the headlight buckets. You would have to use the Loyale headlight buckets. GD

July 8, 201114 yr Really? Yeah.... Earlier ones (waffle grill) mount to the buckets and a vertical support in the center of the grill with screws.... Like GD says. Later ones (loyale style) mount with pins that drop into holes on the trim between the bumper and the grill/headlights, and quick rivets into holes in tabs on the radiator support. Spencer

July 9, 201114 yr Author He got back to me, it turns out his car was a sedan and he wants a decent chunk of cash for it. Probably not worth the hour drive for me to pick up just to trade. How much would you want for yours shipped?
