I had this stuff since like '04 or '05 never opened I just want to know if it's still good?

the only thing making it go bad would be moisture, i don't see how moisture can get thru the plastic bottle....

That should be fine but if you have your doubts, buy a fresh can.

it's never been open so I figure after doing the brakes and clutch it should be almost gone by then
