Can somebody tell my the ID of the ej series exhaust pipe?

there are only two.

 

double port -

90 - 96 ej22

96 - 04 (and beyond?) ej25.

 

single port -

96 - 98 ej22

 

any questions?

just an assumption, but they all start out the same size.

 

the cats are all the same, 95 - 99?.

Depends on the EJ in question. The EJ257 (USDM WRX STi) is a bit larger than the 93 Impreza EJ18. But not as much as you might think.

2.5 = for the ej22t 91-94 turbo ej shold be about 2 1/8 ish for the NA

2.5 = for the ej22t 91-94 turbo ej

 

Funny thing is - the EJ257 uses the EXACT same headers, cross-over, and up-pipe as the 22T.
