You're not supposed to drive on the beach at night

 

That only applies to the areas south of Oregon Inlet under the control of the park service.

 

Where he is planning on going has no such restrictions.

yeah that's all I could find as far as driving at night because of the turtles laying eggs and stuff.

Interesting, where I was driving there were signs entering the beach saying be off by dark.
