Im wondering, if anyone has a front strut from a ea82 4wd lying around, if they could measure from the bottom of the strut to where the lower spring perch begins?

Sweet! Reason I ask is, I just got some new front kyb xt struts on the wedge, and the larger tires I got won't clear the strut. If I can verify that another model's strut body is long enough, I'll know what to order.

well, i remembered to check............11.75'' from the base where the strut fits into the knuckle to the bottom of the cage. hth

how much bigger tires?
