Well I joined recently and after figuring out how to upload pics I thought I'd introduce you guys to SAM

 

5spd EA82 non turbo 100+ thousand miles all stock except lights on roof.

Plan on making it 4x4 lifting it doing the WHOLE nine yards plus a couple more

I want to do a snorkel and custom bumpers dont know too many people that weld I have too big of a dream with a little account:(

But its okay if youre a subaru owner you know you love missions:D

And it's totally possible to lift it and have fun on a budget.

Get a small welder for a couple hundred on craigslist and teach yourself to use it. There are some good vids on youtube. It isn't that hard.

Nice to See your Subie, the EA82 Sedan Looks Good, but there is another Subaru on the Fourth picture, is that yours too?

Also you can purchase the Bumber already made, maybe you can find a good used one posting here on the "Stuff Wanted" Forum.

I have the whole process of masking the light bar somewhere....Just used the stock cross bars from a wagon gl (parts car) and got the lights and usedthe brackets that came with it

Thanks. I'm trying to maybe put the wagon roof rails on my sedan, maybe your idea will work better?!
