About 1000 miles into two week road trip. Calculating about 30 1/3 mpg while driving 75-80mph on interstate. Definitely a few more mpg's that I expected. Which is good since the farther south down I-5 I drive the higher gas gets.

My mileage was 17MPG on my last fillup. I took off the open air filter and put the original back on and now its back to normal it seems...about 24MPG average.

Once i got around 34 mpg doing 75 in my legacy on the interstate, havent been within 2 mpg's since then, been getting around 29 more recently over the last year

I got 31 mpg in my SVX while driving back from Tahoe californa to Seattle, I went well over 100 a couple of times to, and was passing people on a hilly road. I was extermly suprised and delighted that I dident have to buy so much preisum just to get it back to seattle. The SVX was getting better MPG than the a 91 legacy wagon that was driving with me, it was only getting 26-27 MPG.

The only way I can get 30 mpg at 80 mph is to have my 83 Brat dropped from an airplane from about 23,000 feet.
