if nothing else you can have some glass cut to fit since its flat

Better yet, go with Lexan for the weight savings.Less weight means better handling,acceleration, and MPG.

Except it scratches if you look at it wrong, and really doesn't survive well in daily use. Cut to order tempered glass isn't cheap either, so honestly 1/8" Lexan rated for windshields would be your best bet.

lexan doesn't scratch, you just have to have peel off layers of clear plastic sheets to take the wear...
