Good day all,

  OK, Got the beastie running finally, but it struggled for power and then ran hot again............. was able to manage the temperature with speed and throttle enough to limp it home, but is definitely NOT running well.  If we have a new radiator, newly refinished and pressure tested heads, gaskets etc, new water pump within a year, I'm thinking there may be a block crack, but I have zero evidence of that from either water in the oil or steam out the back end.  New catalytic converter within a couple of years also.............ideas anyone??

Things. Check timing? I had a blocked cat once, didn't cause overheat, but talk about no power... was coolant getting pushed out of the radiator? Put 10psi on the cooling system - does it hold?
