NY dealers

Featured Replies

So I'm in the market for a Legacy GT wagon- in fact I ordered one in silver last week. Now my dealer is telling me they might back out on the price they gave me. So at least my deposit is refundable, but can anyone suggest a dealership in NY that isn't looking to get MSRP?

It's not in NY, but Wilton Subaru in Wilton, CT are selling for dealer invoice minus incentives. For my Forester that was $2500 or so off list....

Colonial Subaru in Kingston, NY

About as good as dealer can get (according to my parents...they got their Outback there but I got my Impreza at Ruges Subaru in Rhinebeck, NY) , and the service department is nice also. I live in Woodstock despite what my profile says, and I've had a lot of good work done there.

Metric Subaru in Huntington, NY ( http://classic.subarusdc.com/metric/ ) gets very high praises from many Subaru owners. Its closer to you than me, and it would definately be worth a look.

Good luck with the hunt!

If you backed out wouldnt they keep your money? Make them stick to the deal they made. You letting them have that deposit money is a good faith contract, or should be.

Marshall's Subaru in Ravena, NY (10 miles south of Albany)

Excellent dealership, low pressure, willing to deal.

Good Luck.

i think Nasioc has a section listing dealers and those who have had experiences with them.

Drive down to Becker Subaru in Allentown PA. Talk to John Chicky. He will give you one heck of a deal....he always has for me.... (2 new soobs in 3 years) and he always gives a no BS price...even on the phone.
