May 18, 200421 yr So I'm in the market for a Legacy GT wagon- in fact I ordered one in silver last week. Now my dealer is telling me they might back out on the price they gave me. So at least my deposit is refundable, but can anyone suggest a dealership in NY that isn't looking to get MSRP?

May 19, 200421 yr Colonial Subaru in Kingston, NY http://www.subaruoutlet.com About as good as dealer can get (according to my parents...they got their Outback there but I got my Impreza at Ruges Subaru in Rhinebeck, NY) , and the service department is nice also. I live in Woodstock despite what my profile says, and I've had a lot of good work done there. Metric Subaru in Huntington, NY ( http://classic.subarusdc.com/metric/ ) gets very high praises from many Subaru owners. Its closer to you than me, and it would definately be worth a look. May 19, 200421 yr If you backed out wouldnt they keep your money? Make them stick to the deal they made. You letting them have that deposit money is a good faith contract, or should be.
