97 DOHC EJ25 timing marks with cam pin ?

Featured Replies

On the passenger right side on the intake I replaced the pulley with a exhaust pulley but I know the markings wrong, if I had a look at a proper intake pulley or knew were the cam alingment pin position was I could time this thing, the car had been in a wreck so the correct pulleys gone, anyone have a picture for me ?

I though they all had the notch in the same place. Maybe you can remove the other sprockets and compare.

In those pics it looks like they're all in line with the arrow on the sprocket.

Ok got some correct used parts installed 3 cylinders have 190-210 psi. 1 has 90 psi , so maybe a bent valve? The car was in a wreck and 2 of the pulleys got smashed, I'm going to see if it will run, can always pull it apart, what do you think?

Do a leak down check.  If the valve/s are bent, take care of it before you install it.

Good to hear, glad you got it back on the road.
