Hey fellow mechanics, I am wondering if anyone knows the difference in the 2007-2008 2.5 SOHC engine vs the 2009-2010 2.5 SOHC.  I have an 09 that needs a used engine and having a time finding one.  The JY says there's a difference.  I cant see one: electrical plugs, intake, etc all look the same.

I have no info on the 09+ other than the fsm.

Only things I can think of that might have changed would be stuff with the active valve control system. Anything else would be on the intake and you should swap the original intake onto the new engine anyway.
