I lost mine and Bosch doesn't give them with new blades. Does anyone know the size or where I can get them?

MSRP $2.67 each. Still very much available through your favorite OE Subaru source. I bought a pair of brand new ones for my XT6 when I changed the blade this winter (different part #, BTW....). Seems a little pricey considering it's just a little screw, but in the grand scheme, not too bad, and nice to know you have the correct ones.

i have a few extras you could have for free if you want to meet me in renton. id have to go check the garage, but i have two whole wiper arms sitting in there. 

 

 

edit: i do not have the little screws anymore. the wipers i have utilize a clip that slips over the rod with the two holes in it.

i had fun changing mine one broke off on each side so i just changed the arms then i found out the year or two following didn't use screws just snapped in.
