Is the front crank pulley bolt left or right hand, can't get it off with impact, don't know if I'm making it tighter. Thanks

It is a standard thread. Right = tight.

Stuff thin rope down inside one of the spark plug holes into the top of the cylinder and the piston will get "stuck" as it travels up. Then you can use an impact wrench or breaker bar to remove the crank pulley. Make sure to disconnect battery first so car doesn't try to start!
