December 11, 20169 yr Just joined,my 1999 legacy check engine light on, misfire on all 4 cylinders, bad 2nd bank o2, new knock sensor, newish plug and wires and coil and maf sensor, all on a newish 2.5 motor from Midwest motors, motor ran great then sputtered for a second and quit, drove around town and did it again for a second, then all of a sudden no power at all then died, wouldn't start for about 10 minutes then started and ran horrible. Also I did new subaru timing belt tensioner all you are supposed too do about 6 months ago, don't believe I skipped a tooth, I have had it happen before, I didn't have the timing belt guide on that time and an old tensioner, sorry so long just trying to put as much info as I can, any ideas would be great
December 12, 20169 yr scan the ECU and post the code(s) parts store or consider getting am ELM327 BT device to use with smartphone.
December 16, 20169 yr some 95s are OBD II - it's designed for that protocol. Should be an emissions sticker/label in the engine compartment - maybe underside of the hood?
