I'm about to put my '92 Legacy up for sale but I need figure out the noise coming from the rear.

It's a clunky rattle that comes and goes from the right rear of the car. In the video below you can hear the rattle. It's very noticeable when I drive over bumpy roads, potholes, speed bumps...etc.

My best guess is an issues with the wheel bearings or perhaps the rear differential.

By listening to the video can anyone give me a guess?

Looked at the video. Looks to me like the car needs all new struts. Have you looked under the car?  May have a broken spring.

i've got a 1990 sedan i'm parting out. i'd sell you the struts cheap if you wanna come swap your bad ones for my good ones...

check sway bar end links and mounts too.
