Anyone have any thoughts on best catalytic converter options?

I checked with the temp guage and there is only a 50 degree difference between front and back temps.

At my shop we only use Bosal Ultra High Performance (or whatever it's called) typically good luck. IMO nothing lasts as long as OEM.

Thanks.  I am not planning on owning this car for another 200k so I am ok with installing something a bit cheaper (you get what you pay for).  

 

Forgot to mention it already has one Spark Plug Anti Fouler at the rear O2 sensor

I think the bosals we put on tend to last up to like 4 years (sometimes sooner) then the lovely p0420 comes back.

 

Ove never seen a bosal rust out like a lot of members complain about (and I'm in CT)

OEM or the code will come back. Pay now or pay later.

I am using a walker that I purchased from Amazon. It was replaced at about 3 years by Amazon without any issue due to some rust. It came a with a 5 year warranty. Never had any code issues.

Here's a company I have used from Ebay for 3 replacements thus far. Not one has come back with problems. They Fit EXACTLY as original, unlike many after market exhausts where they are 1/2' too short, or the bend is NOT QUITE CORRECT.

 

First one now was over 2 years ago with no problems. They come out of Toronto and have a 5 year warranty. Below is a link for the last one I used for 2000-2005 Outback. But visit their store for others:
