A couple weeks ago i started feeling like a bumping in the front left wheel. Steering wheel shakes back and forth and whole car starts shaking and has gotten really bad when driving it. Could it possibly be a bad axle? Thanks for any help.

^^^^ swap tire pairs front to back - inspect steering , suspension and brakes of course.
