97 legacy Posted March 5, 2018 Share Posted March 5, 2018 The fuel pump relay began a noticeable audible rapid clicking corresponding to the engine cutting out simultaneously, replaced the fuel pump relay,no change, jumped the relay n hot wired the pump still no change, it does somehow occasionally seem to click less after it warms up??? fgf Posted March 7, 2018 Share Posted March 7, 2018 Check wires to relay coil. I had exact same symptoms about 10 days ago and they were caused by cracked wire leading to the connector.
