I put on a turbo muffler.It seems to have helped my top end. I run a stock size tires, I'm in 5th gear, tack is reading 4.5K I wonder how fast that is? I'm guessing between 85 or 90. The road is flat maybe a little down hill. It seems faster than ever because I can feel the car catching a little air over some of the bumps.

What car? is the cable broken, or is the speedo head borked?

 

If its a digidash car(87+) I have a spare digidash with that works.

I used the same techniques to determine how much slippage there is from engine to wheel with my auto tranny while driving at 4k in drive on the freeway.
