03 impress cuts out after about 10 miles. Have replaced head gaskets, timing belt,water pump,fuel filter,fuel injectors,plugs,crank sensor,o2 sensor,and smoke tested for air leaks. Still can't figure it out.Help!!!

CEL on? post codes and any freezeframe data you can get. Or use app Torque on smartphone with an ELM327 BT adapter to get data.

Wow that's a list of replaced parts. Seems the expensive way to do it

I'd be looking at the temp sensor. Fans running all the time is an indicator that this is dead. It could be on the way out...

IACV is another on to checkout and at least clean up.
