I Buying a 1998 Impreza That Need a Front Bumper Looking a STI or WRX or Stock I can get a aftermarket Stock bumper for $120 (That's The Front) But Really Want A STI or WRX. I really only need the front but if I can a deal on STI or WRX Front and Rear Bumper Would Pay More,The Color Does not matter.

WRX and STI didn't exist in the united states in 98. So whatever you find will be aftermarket (new) or used from Europe or Japan. Shipping is a LOT on stuff like that. Easily more than the parts. 

JDM WRX nose cuts are getting harder to find in the GC era, but they aren't really that expensive when you think about it.  I paid $800 for a complete 2001 Forester STI front cut with hood.
