So i have change passenger front axle and got a vibration when in Drive or Reverse. 

Google it and found out it is a known problem with aftermarket shafts.

But If i only change the outer joint Will i still get a vibration?

Possibly. 

Shafts you don’t suff around with. As soon as you find a split boot, change it!

Replace shafts with genuine. 

As for replacing outter joint, it could be worth a try. I’m guessing this is the joint that went bad on the original shaft.
