June 7, 20196 yr First time posting, I have an ‘08 Impreza that needs an interior. I found one for sale from an ‘04 Forester. My question is, will the front and rear seats direct fit?
June 7, 20196 yr In general Forrester seats will sit your but up about 2~3 inches vs. Imp seats. And, I am not sure they will fit at all really, IIRC 08 is when Impreza went all Bubble rounded with teh new body and rear suspension setup. The whole unibody is a different platform than the 07, which shared a direct plattform similarity with all older IMPs and Foresters. Front seats will likely be the only thing that MIGHT fit.
June 7, 20196 yr not knowing the precise problem, have you considered an auto uplholstery shop or new covers?
June 7, 20196 yr Author Interior isn’t terrible just found a great shape leather set. Figured if it would fit I would buy it.
June 7, 20196 yr you may have airbags in the seat backs - not certain but, be careful with those things.
