How can I drain fuel from the tank by jumping the fuel pump relay?

If you cut the car side of the connector from the junk yard, you can hook the + and - to a battery after you have plugged in the junk yard connector under the seat or in the cargo area.

What is the vehicle?

One time I used insulated alligator clips on the pump connector and wires to a cigar lighter plug. The two largest wires in that harness run the pump.
