I have a 92 loyale wagon. Bought it recently figuring out its quirks.  Sometimes when starting It idles very low and stalls. Have to feather the gas for a bit. Other times it idles at about 2200rpm and thenbogs down and stalls quickly.     During this time engine light comes on. I have tried to figure out how to read the codes but can't find very clear information  

   Rpms also hunt. Generally Half way between 0 and 100 rpms. Fluctuates And feels rough

                              Figures out codes. Anyone know which of these could be the liely culprit    11, 14, 21, 23, 24

Check the CTS.  Coolant temperature sensor.  I have posted other threads with details on this sensor.  It can fail in ways that cause what you describe, and it may or may not trigger the ECU to set a code.

 

those codes are from different sensors so, possibly something like a bad/corroded ground connection, maybe some rodent damaged wiring???
