HELP! my 1993 subaru legacy sedan parking brake release button keeps breaking

I have a 1993 subaru legacy sedan. The parking brake release button is PLASTIC & KEEPS BREAKING! Is there ANY subaru parking brake assembly that will fit the 1993 subaru legacy sedan that has a METAL release button?

There should not be much pressure on the button to make it brake?

Have you replaced the complete handle?  Pretty easy and many years are interchangeable.  Hit a yard and grab one.

Not for subarus but cars in general. I haven't seen a real metal button since maybe vw bug days?  They're all plastic.
