hey why dont you go into how the short shift thingy works, I think that may help me bashing in my cd door when its open o the player

So do I follow correctly that the fix can be made without removing

the transmission from the car?

 

I am trying to decide if I should use one of the last warm days of fall

to try this and I do not want to get part way and be stuck.

Thanks for the sloppy shifter fix article, I am definitely going to be addressing that on my GL. As for the short shift modification, I would have to agree with luvmybrat, in asking for a bit more detail.
