I was in Philadelphia last week and saw a 97-99 Subaru legacy outback as a taxi!!

 

The company was something like liberty taxi.

Drove by too fast to get a good picture.

we've got a few of those outside DC

I've seen lots of those in Anchorage. All of them Alaska Cab Co.
