L It is Subaru's first "real" car - made in 69? or theraboust - the 360 was their first car - but it had a 360cc 2-cylinder, 2-cycle engine - not going anywhere fast, and you have to mix your oil and gas the FF-1 was the first Soob to be imported by SOA in 1970ish - don't know what the FF stands for - maybe Flat Four?

March 14, 200521 yr One funky thing I know about the FF-1 is the "inboard" front brakes (drum, of course) - they are located on the side of the transmission instead of near the wheels, also it uses torsion bars for the front suspension as well as the rear suspension. thanks for the pics moosens

I have one undamaged with the Subaru part # sticker still on it. It came from the factory in a reddish primer, and it's ORIGINAL OEM never installed on anything. $200 takes it (shipping may be a problem as it is really awkward) you pay the shipping or come and get it..
