April 26, 200520 yr Front Honda springs to the rear Subaru coil-overs. Which years and model were used?
April 26, 200520 yr 86-89 Accord. LXi is the stiffest, DX and LX are softer. I'd recommend the DX or LX springs as the LXi ones I used made for a VERY stiff suspension- would almost slam the wheel back to the ground after certain bumps. The way to tell the difference is that the LXi was the only fuel injected model.
April 26, 200520 yr Author Was there any difference in height, ie, how much lift did they actually cause? Stiff is good for what I am looking to do.
April 26, 200520 yr I estimate about 2.5" of lift. Looked beefy, and pumped up in the back. I could run 27" tires on pugs with 3 transmissions and 8 wheels in the trunk with no rubbage.
April 26, 200520 yr Snowman also did the mod. I'm guessing he got 2 to 2 1/2 inches of lift from them. really gave it the cheese wedge look
April 26, 200520 yr As mentioned, I put springs from an 89 Honda Accord on. I specified A/C and auto tranny when I ordered them, since those both add weight and would require stiffer springs. I would guess it raised it about 2" from where it sat before my stock springs got horribly worn out. I would highly recommend putting RX springs in the front. Before I added those, it was raked forward quite a lot.

April 26, 200520 yr I did that mod also. One of the most useful mods I have done. I would load up 800lbs+ in the back with out hitting the stops. Here is my ex loyale next to the hatchback....
