i use a heated o2 for now

so with just the MS, you still have to have the crank sensor? Or does that just help with the EDIS part? I want to go with just the MS for now and add the EDIS in later if I can. Don't mean to hyjack the thread, I just want to learn more about this as well:D

 

You just need any sort of 'trigger' so MS can calculate RPM and Timing if you are doing the spark side also. I am using a modified wheel and optical sensor inside the stock disty on the ER-27, and on the EF-12T I used a 7 pin HEI module in conjuction with the VR sensor.

well as of now i have over 300 miles on the squirted and dis'd rx

in a bit after it cools down some more outside i am gonna go reprogram my ms box with the latestest and greatest code released
