Hey Gang - first post!

Greetings all - I'm Trent and just picked up my second used 1998 Forester. I'm in SE PA (US) not too far from Reading. I already love this board, I happened across a post regarding a malfunctioning cruise control, which mine has, the post recommended checking the switch on the clutch pedal, and sure enough when I reached under there it actually fell off the bracket. So I reconnected it, and bingo that did the trick :-D, so thanks!!!!!

My plans include lifting the car, I'd really like about 3" lift above stock. Anyone who has done this kind of modification, please advise how you went about it. I'll be posting some specific questions related to this as I come up with them.

Anyway, just wanted to say Hi!

:)

welcome and i think forest ranger has a lifted forester. his is lifted 2inches. ask him about it.
