June 30, 200520 yr right now i have a choice of two places for a jdm crate engine. Theres rising sun engines which would sell it to me for mmm sumthin lik $795 but im not sure i believe i will be taxed since i live in cali where they are located? they have the 180 day warranty an all and they seem thorough with inspection. Then there is Foreign Engines, Inc. that will sell me an engine for $875 after shipping and they have the 1 year unlimitied mile warranty. Just wondering if anyone had any opinions of either place and what seems best. Thaanks.
June 30, 200520 yr if it were me, and both companies were the same as far as inspections and quality of motor is concerned. i would go with the $875 motor, one year unlimited mile, is worth a benjamin to me, in comparison to just a 180 day warranty. ~Josh~
June 30, 200520 yr I would reccommend foreign engines, just because I've dealt with them. The were great and pretty much delivered the engine to my door next day (of course I live a lot closer to them than you)
