a buddy of mine told me that he heard some where that you can install a spfi setup on an 85gl-wagon ea82 realy easy. just remove intake, all wiring and then the new intake and everythnig will pretty much plug right in is that true?

There's been a few guys who have done this conversion, you should be able to find everything you need to know by doing a search.

thanks, so far most of it had to do with a guise on the website but the guise is either not longer available or is jsut not working right now

i think you need the spfi distributor and it needs some kind of gear swapped onto it instead of the spfi one, it needs the carb'd one......theres a write-up about it in the USRM. ima look at it right now lol...

Doable? Yes! Easy? Not unless you are good at wireing up EFI systems
