360 shortblock motor

Featured Replies

360 and Sambar engines through '70 were code EK32 (not 23) air cooled 358cc jobs. This looks like it came out of a mid-'80s Sambar (still in production here in Japan) when the displacement was still under 600cc. They're now 660ccs.

Has anyone noticed that the timing cover on that is the EXACT same one that goes on the EF12 justy motor... gets me thinkin.... this motor is awesome...

I thought this thread was about shoehorning a MOPAR 360 into a '91 Loyale....

DO NOT tease me like this again.

That is all, unless you have figured out how to get eight sweet cylinders of Chryslerly goodness into the cars we all love.

well, if I get a crate Hemi for my Polara, I'll have a 383 with big-valve 440 heads and a 4 barrel :D would go nice in something small and light...

Dunno about a Subaru, but I know if I were to put a burly V8 in a Soob it'd be a MOPAR... Everybody puts small block chevies in crap....
