The license plate sais DA BRAT. I took this picture a few years ago when i still lived there. Couldnt really hold much of a conversation with him cause we were at a red light that just turned green, and i'm not sure if he spoke english.

I sure haven't seen him around, and I've seen probably every brat in town. There are only about 10 regulars running around, and most of them are in pretty bad shape. A clean brat is a rare find and lusted after by many. I am one of the fortunate ones. (This may be the only time I ever use an emoticon.)
