August 17, 200520 yr Fuel filter is on the driver side strut tower, just in front of the firewall.. Dunno where the PCV on a carb motor is though.
August 17, 200520 yr directly behind the throttle body, connected to a hose that has a pretty tight bend. the PCV valve itself is a little hard to see sometimes.
August 17, 200520 yr The main fuel filter is pre pump and is located on a mounting plate, under the wagon in front of the tank, pass side.

August 18, 200520 yr Author Hm you've got a different and interesting engine. In my engine, theres nothing in that area except the wiper motor. No one else has an 85 GL 4x4 EA82 engine?? Thanks.

Right by the gas tank near the fuel pump as stated above, only FI Subes have the fuel filter in the engine compartment. Should be behind the passenger side rear tire up by the gas tank (or at least that's where it is on my 86' GL Sedan with a Carb).
