Spokane: EA82s needed?

Featured Replies

Hi everyone.. I have two friends with subarus and both have nearly dead engines. One car is an 85 with carburetor (has a bad knock), and one is an 88 with SPFI (drove it without enough coolant too much and now it overheats baaaaad). Do any of you nearby have an extra EA82 available, the cheaper the better?

Please and thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

hi andy this is jay the one who bought the crossover pipe from you. we'll im selling my turbo wagon, but the only prob is it needs the head gaskets done. this probably wont help your friends, but i figured i would let you know just in case.

That one is an 87.. It did run.. I drove it about 100 miles before I started stealing parts off of it.. didn't steal anything too big.. starter, disty, AC pulley.. stuff like that.. all the SPFI stuff and the block and all is still complete..Over all its still a good motor.. leaked a bit of oil though

I just used my last spfi in my girlfriend wagon. However I just learned of a yard full of subarus and will look for you when I get over there.I also have some sources in spokane and will ask if they have any good runners.
