September 6, 200520 yr my 4wd only works in low, but it will sometimes go into high if you jerk the lever really hard. did i break some kinda linkage?
September 6, 200520 yr Not likely, you might have the linkage out of adjustment or some debris jamming it.
September 6, 200520 yr How is the tire wear. On both my SPFI 87 and 1980 wagon, uneven tire wear (replacing only two tires for instance - hey, I was in college and poor) made it harder to shift into fwd.
September 7, 200520 yr Author naww... all the tires are worn the same. i've checked the linkage, it's fairly clean... how do I adjust it?
