November 23, 200520 yr cost depends on steel prices...but a bumper is usually around $895 raw unpainted. As far as weight I'm not sure...It's around the same weight as my factory bumper assembly('03 outback). 60-80lbs roughly . When I get my old one back I'll weigh it.

November 24, 200520 yr steel costs that much right now? i've got some steel at school which i can 'borrow' from some of the speed teams... i just need a tube bender and a good welder... anyone in the Potsdam NY area that can help me out there?
November 24, 200520 yr I don't know about any other design, but he charged me $720 for 2 bumpers for my Brat. The only problem is that after 11 months of waiting for them, I got tired of waiting and now want my money back. And I haven't received a dime of that yet, either.
