86 Turbo Sedan

Featured Replies

I Might have the opportunity to pick up a 86 Turbo Sedan 4WD for about $300 its an auto but it runs and drives, the 4wd works, interior is almost perfect so do you guys think it would be worth $300???

Let Me Know what you all think

well what are the signs of engine abuse? does it look "Too clean" or is it showing any signs of overheated engine what's the mileage and whats the rust factor?

aside from that... 300 sign unseen I'd be hard prssed to throw 300 at it... pictures whould vastly change my estimate....but the masters around here could "taste the dirt" and tell you if the weather was gonna give you a tornado or not. ;)

i would throw 300 for any soob that runs and drives. i would assume being in nevada the car is not rusty. i have seen absolute rust buckets go for 500 bucks, non turbo at that!

There is NO Rust, not a hint of rust that i can find anywhere on it, engine aint clean but its not like covered in dried oil it looks like its been really well taken care of looks like it just recently got an oil change, there are no rattles when i drive it like there are in my wagon :D A/C works like its brand new, it only has 94,000 miles on it. i Dont Think $300 is That Bad For it But Im Just Trying To Find out if most of you would pay $300 for it.

PS Its a GL-10 Turbo Sedan Loaded Power Everything, Sunroof.

i would pay a GRAND FOR IT, if i had the money of course.

LOL, Now i Gotta Try and Find The Money :boohoo: hrm....i wonder what i can sell the jeep for :brow:

i cant afford to drive the jeep around anyways damn V8.....

speaking of Jeeps here's something rather Link for a RHD Diesel Stick 4WD 1996 JEEP! Funny thinis its in PA. and I tryed to email the addy but their mailbox is full :banghead:

so much for finding out the details on these oddities...

like this one here rhd96jeepspedo.jpg

hows that for oddity?!

On a subie note... IF I had the $300 I'd buy it straight up.

Actually rhd jeeps are not all that uncommon. I've seen a few here in AR used by contract/rural route mail carriers. And if I've seen them in AR you know they can't be all that rare.

As for that Jeep...one of the pictures was a tag that actually said Export. Probably went down to one of those Caribean islands that drive's on the wrong side of the road. Jamaica maybe (I don't know)?

well the thing that thru me for a "wow" was I also have never "Seen" or heard of a "jeep" that was diesel. have you?

I Have never seen a Diesel Jeep Other than the one in that picture and i was hoping for an engine picture to see which diesel engine was in it and if it was a turbo diesel or not, i also tried emailing them but i got the full mail box too, too bad i'd really like to know what engine is in it :D

my email was for the same demise and that was this AM too.

i asked in the email about the engine for pictures, what the cost of it was if it could of been registered in the states :>)

if it was a TD or not.... if not then it could easily be done

and so I'm thinking of calling them just on principle tomorrow about them.

uh oh. I hope you buy it before I find it.. hahaha Just kidding! Nice find and good luck.:D
