I've wrecked a car twice and cost me less than $200 to fix, but I sold it as a parts car for $50, but kept the most valuable goodies, mint taillight lenses, embalems(sp?) grille, headlight assembly, trim. Rare car now ('74 Celica GT, first year of GT in US.) I really liked that old car, reminded me of the '67-'69 Camero from the back window/trunk shape. Fun corner burner too. Like a mini muscle car. I even had Big n Little old school hotrod tires on Supra alloys. And a straight pipe from the downpipe back to before the rear axle.:burnout:

Ok after the adjuster received the fabulous quote from Richie's shop about what he thought the car was worth, His insurance guru's said the total value of the car was 3,375.50 I was shocked because I paid only 1,200 for it.

the buy out cost was 300.00 :brow: and they made me pay taxes because it was not yet titled in my name yet, oregon vs. washington tax of some sort.

Well I still walked away with a check for 2790.00 :headbang::clap::D

Just thought you guys would like to know

:burnout:

I guess, now I need to wreck my car

Kidding, last time I dealt with the insurance company, I got pissed. Plus, I couldn't hurt my poor turbo.
